سهم المراعي التابع لشركة المراعي تأسست الشركة عام 1977م، من قبل الرواد الزراعيين الأيرلنديين بادي ماكجوكيان وأليستير ماكجوكيان والأمير سلطان بن محمد بن سعود الكبير، وهي إحدى الشركات المساهمة السعودية، التي تعمل في إنتاج وتوزيع الزراعة والحيوانات والأغذية داخل المملكة العربية السعودية ودول الخليج. وفي عام 2009م أقامت شركة المراعي شراكة طويلة الأمد مع شركة ببسيكو الغذائية، واستحوذت من خلالها على العديد من مشاريع إنتاج المواد الغذائية للشركة في المنطقة. وبدأت المراعي عمليات الإنتاج في عام 1977م بقيادة صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلطان بن محمد الكبير،الاستثمار في سهم المراعي
 الذي شغل منصب رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة منذ إنشائها. وتم إدراجها في السوق المالي السعودي تحت رمز 2280.
